Most of the items will be shipped the same day you place the order. Some will go within 1-2 business days.

All orders are shipped insured. If you think your package was opened in transit, please call customer service at any of the toll free numbers specified in the “contact us” section. Also, for items damaged in transit, please call us immediately so that we can apply for insurance coverage. Please save the original packaging in case of a claim.

Sales taxes, duty and customs fees, where applicable, are included.

We use FEDEX for most deliveries. Please note that they do not deliver on week-ends or holidays.

Shipping charges in the United States to be added to the price shown for purchases of:

• up to 400 USD Shipping charges = 35 USD
• up to 400/800 USD Shipping charges = 50 USD
• up to 800/1.500 USD Shipping charges = 95 USD
• over 1.500 USD Shipping charges = 115 USD

Shipping charges to other countries to be added to the price shown for purchases of:

• up to 300 euros Shipping charges = 25 euros
• up to 300/600 euros Shipping charges = 35 euros
• up to 600/1.200 euros Shipping charges = 65 euros
• over 1.200 euros Shipping charges = 80 euros

Please note that, in case of return, shipping costs are not refundable, have to be paid by purchaser and item will have to be in the original package.
