Agresti was founded in Florence in 1949 and has remained a family business.


All of the production is handmade, using 24 Karats Gold/Nickel Palladium plated brass hardware. The elm briarwood and all the other exotic veneers are carefully chosen and glued on extra resistant treated plywood in order to prevent breaks and insure longevity.


The Company motto is “ … not just boxes”, meaning that design and craftmanship set these chests apart from the crowd of other similar looking products.


A member of the Agresti family still personally wraps all the items that leave the laboratorio.
